On Wednesday, December 6th from 4pm-7pm we will be hosting a Cash for College drop-in event in Room 307 (Computer Lab). Receive one-on-one assistance in completing your FAFSA or DREAM Act applications. No registration is required.

Join us for two informative sessions on ‘Road Map to College’ presented by Syrous Parsay, courtesy of the CHS PTSA. 


The speaker, Mr. Syrous Parsay is a retired inventor and entrepreneur. He frequently lectures on topics of disruptive technologies, entrepreneurship, science and dimensions of wellness, financial planning, college planning, and more. Mr. Parsay is also a mentor to a broad demographic of individuals from students to corporate executives. 


We have two sessions for students and parents separated based on grade levels of the student. Please sign up for the sessions applicable to your student grade level for getting helpful information pertinent to your student.

Hey Junior Parents! 


Our annual College Information Night for junior parents only will be held on Wednesday, May 3, from 6:00-8:00pm, in the CHS Theatre.


Participating universities include: CSU East Bay, UCLA, University of San Francisco, and the University of Iowa.


An admissions counselor from each university will be discussing the admissions process and they will be available to answer questions.

Stanford Medical students and co-directors of the SCCMA/Stanford Transformative Experience in Medicine (SSTEM) provide high school students with a weekend program to increase engagement in science through hands-on projects and exposure to careers in medicine.


Increasing the diversity of physicians in medicine is one of their primary goals. They would like to extend the invitation to Cupertino High School students!


The program will take place over three weekends: May 6th, May 13th, and May 20th of 2017. The first two sessions will take place in San Jose, with the last session taking place at Stanford. Each session will last approximately 5 hours, between 8:30am and 1:30pm.


It is completely free for CHS students!

This year, CACESF (California Association of Collectors Educational Scholarship Foundation) is offering a total of six scholarships—three to high school juniors and three to graduating seniors. First place winners will receive $2,500, second place winners will receive $2,000, and third place winners will receive $1,500.


To apply, students must submit an original essay on the following topic: The importance of establishing and maintaining good financial credit during your college years.


All applications must be submitted online at


The online application will open January 2, 2017 and the deadline to submit is March 30, 2017 at 11: 59p.m.
