A Pizza Party competition is coming soon.  During this competition, grad nite tickets will be sold at the group price of $80 each. The government or econ class which sells the most number of grad nite tickets before Winter break begins on February 17 will earn a Pizza Party.  Download your registration form, get your signatures and turn in the form to your government or econ teacher.  Encourage your friends and classmates to sign up too.

The 2012 Grad Nite party will be on campus. 
June 7, 2012 - Beginning at 10 PM, Ending at 5 AM on June 8, 2012.

Grad Nite planning meetings are on the 4th Wednesday of the month, unless it is a school holiday.

Grad Nite is a tradition which has been going on for years.  Parents, with the help of staff, put on a fun filled graduation party for the seniors the night of graduation.  It's an all-night party and it takes lots of work to plan and have this party.  New parents can join the planning committee when their students are freshman so they'll be experienced to run this event when their students are seniors.  We'd like parents of Juniors in key roles to learn the details of what is involved in making Grad Nite a success. Volunteers with interests in all areas are needed from menu planning and cooking, to decorations, photography, games and sports leaders, casino dealers, first aid, logistics planning and being a general chaperone.  Parents can be involved in the planning throughout the year, or for one time activities or to attend the night of the big event.  If you want to be part of one of the planning committees, come to our monthly meeting.  If you wish to volunteer in some other capacity, send an e-mail to bobbie.erb@comcast.net or nancy.boyle@sbcglobal.net
