Wellness Center
A school wellness center is a dedicated space within a school designed to support the overall well-being of students. It goes beyond traditional academic support by addressing the physical, mental, and emotional health of young people.

Holistic Support
Increase access to support that addresses physical, mental, emotional, and social support at school.
Family Support Services
Increase provision of outreach, psychoeducation workshops, and navigation services to students and their families.
Stress Reduction
Decreases stress by providing a comfortable setting on school campus that offers strategies to increase student resilience, regulation skills, and overall well-being.
No Wrong Door
Drop-in before and after school, during break, and lunch. Unified care coordination centralized program and location.
Reduction in Need for Intensive Care
Provides screening, individual and group counseling in order to prevent and intervene early.
Staff Support
Provides professional development and wellness support to school staff.

How To Use The Wellness Center
The Wellness Center is open everyday from 8am-4:30pm.
Students can utilize the Wellness Center during instructional time by asking their teacher for a Wellness Center pass. This gives them 15 minutes in the Wellness Center.
Students can also use the space before or after school or during brunch or lunch without a pass.
